Personality: The first word to describe Elsa would probably be elusive. She's rarely seen, keeping herself out of sight whenever possible. On the occasion she's in public, Elsa appears to be calm and collected. Regal. Mysterious. A touch unapproachable, if one is being honest, but easily brushed off as her remaining impartial. No one would realize that she's harboring a lot of anxiety and fear on the inside.
This all stems from the fact that her powers are easy to lose control of. "Conceal, don't feel. Don't let it show." is what Elsa has always been told to do and are the words she lives by daily. Growing up, she was taught to fear and hate her powers, which only increased her anxiety throughout the years. It became a way of life, a mantra in order to remain calm and in control. As she grew up, she learned to fear her emotions simply because they could cause bad things- but more on that later.
On her own, issues aside, Elsa has a good head on her shoulders. She's smart and logical and down to earth; when Anna asked for blessing to marry Hans, Elsa put her foot down and refused to give her blessing on the grounds of Anna only having just met him. She doesn't believe in rushing head first into things and acting on impulse, probably brought on by restraining herself all throughout the years. She couldn't support such an irrational, spontaneous decision and instantly dismissed it as ridiculous.
Her relationship with her sister is a very strained one. Ever since their accident, she's avoided Anna to keep her safe. The entire time, though it pained her, she never told Anna the truth about why she was doing this for her own safety. When the two of them were finally in a room together for the first time, it was almost easy for Elsa to want to let the wall down. Friendly and joking with Anna, it's like they were never separated. Elsa lightens up, laughs with Anna and genuinely acts happy. Because at the end of the day, she loves Anna more than anything and is doing everything to protect her.
When Anna starts pressuring, Elsa immediately closes herself off and puts up all of her walls. That's one thing Elsa isn't good at dealing with, and that's pressure and confrontation. It only leads to fear, and fear is a loss of control, which she can't afford to have.
That's what it all really boils down to for Elsa- fear. Her life is ruled by it and she spends all of her life trying to avoid anything that might make her lose control. Ever since she accidentally hurt Anna as kids, she's lived in constant fear of her powers. From a young age she's been taught to hide her powers and to control herself, so that she doesn't hurt anyone else. It really did a number on her over the years.
So when it comes out that she has powers, she's extremely quick to jump ship and run away, both to be free and to protect everyone- especially Anna. She isolates herself in the mountains of her own free will without looking back, feeling like it's the best solution for everyone involved. She's so set on this opinion, she turns Anna away and sics a large, aggressive snowman on her to chase Anna away. She's serious about being alone.
But once she learns the secret of controlling her powers, Elsa's life becomes considerably less miserable. She doesn't feel like a monster anymore, no one hates her and she isn't a danger. She no longer feels the need to run away or hide. It opens up her life in ways she's never seen, and she becomes much more fun loving, approachable and almost as silly and spontaneous as Anna.

And just in case that isn't quite enough, I wrote a sample:
The last few weeks have been somewhat of a wild ride- but Elsa's somehow managed to keep her wits about her in spite of it. It isn't every day you get pulled from your world, after all. But in a way, it's almost felt like a vacation, after the initial shock. Of course she'd been accepted by everyone in Arendelle, but it was a different store being somewhere no one knew of her struggles.
That's not to say she doesn't miss Arendelle, though. In fact, she occasionally likes to talk to her vulpix about it- she's never had a pet before, but Elsa had bonded quickly with her. Vulpix is a calm presence in an otherwise choatic world, and Elsa enjoys spending time with her, educating her on all she's missing out on in Arendelle.
"You would love roaming the halls of the castle," Elsa says gently, stroking Vulpix softly as she dozes in Elsa's lap on the park bench they're sitting on. Children are playing, Pokemon are scurrying around and trainers are passing by as Elsa watches from afar. "There's plenty of room to stretch your legs and play- oh, I wish you could see it." Elsa sounds wistful, almost sad, but at the same time she doesn't mind being here.
Once more, she looks out across the park, just... letting herself enjoy the atmosphere. It's not something she used to be able to do, but as of late it's easier to just take a moment to enjoy things and be happy, rather than stressed like she used to be. In a way, it's the same feeling she had when she'd run off into the mountains, except this happiness isn't brought on by isolation.
She's fitting in and enjoying it and it's honestly just... lovely.
Vulpix lets out a low, sleepy sound stretching in her lap and peering up sleepily at her trainer, before hopping daintily down to the ground. Elsa lets out a small laugh, before standing up as well. "Speaking of stretching your legs, I suppose we should head back. Anna is probably wondering where we are." Vulpix nods, and the two of them start the walk through the park back to where they're staying.
